Hi,

I'm having error: Unable to play -title- the connection to Spotify was lost

I tried:

  • Reboot router
  • Reinstall Sonos App
  • Reboot Sonos speakers
  • Factory reset router
  • Factory reset Sonos speaker
  • Upgrade FW of router. I have router Asus ZenWiFi AX with FW: 9.0.0.4.386_41994

I submited a support diagnostic with number: 616129017.

I hope you can help me.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer and help. I could fix it downgrading FW to: Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.386_25790.

Regards

Try removing Spotify from your music services in the Sonos app and re-adding it.

FYI… many Sonos users have experienced issues with your particular router. So if the above solution doesn’t work, search for “Asus” on this site and try some of the solutions mentioned in the forums.
