I have updated app but keeps asking me to update and won’t update speaker?

I am using Sonos 1 app with my older Ones.  I can’t seem to update the speaker.

 

App is updated.  
 

I can’t seem to get past the update app request. 
 

I have rebooted speaker, removed and added app, rebooted router.

 

Any help is appreciated!

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of trying to update, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
