I have a Samsung 4K 60hz TV WITH Arc HDMI port out which is connected to my Sonos Beam Gen 2. My Xbox series X is connected to another HDMI port on my TV. my wireless Astro A50 headphones connects to the Xbox via USB but also needs optic cable connection to the Beam. But Beam Gen 2 has no headphone or optic cable or any additional OUT port.  Can I use an Arc supported HDMI splitter of some kind between the TV and the 1) optic cable to headphones base, and 2) HDMI to Beam2?

if so, what kind of splitter and cables are recommended? Any specific model recommendations?

Doesn’t this TV set also have an optical output port? Why do the headphones need to be connected to the Sonos? It feels like you’d want to use one or the other, not both.

And no, CEC requires a single audio ‘sink’, so in order to use any headphone that connects to an HDMI-ARC output (which is part of CEC), you’d need to disable the Beam. CEC doesn’t allow two audio outputs across ARC/eARC.
