Hi, looking for some advice on setup. Here is my current set up:
I am so far unable to set this up for app free use. It feels like something very simple that i am missing. I just want to be able to watch tv with sonos, then turn it off and play records via port….and vice versa without using the app. Its important as if im not home, wife/kids should be able to use either.
thanks for your time.

I’m puzzled by your statement “…without using the app. It’s important as if im not home, wife/kids should be able to use either.” In a Sonos setup, the app is effectively a remote control for the speakers. The app controls what the speakers do
That said, there’s a “TV Autoplay” to detect when the tv is turned on, so that addresses one switch. I don’t know if there’s similar on the Port to detect an input? Otherwise, you’ll need a controller - but that could be a voice controller if you’re insistent the family can’t use the app on a suitable device.
You can set the input on the Port to autoplay from the line in when someone uses the turntable. Then you can select a default room for the Port to play to.
This is how I have my Connect S15 set up and it automatically plays to a play one in my dining room. It will work the same way if you are using the Beam as the default speaker for the Port. Once the turntable is off and you turn on the TV, the Beam will switch back to the TV sound.
Rien ne vas pour le moment,un jour ça va le lendemain plus, rien ne va depuis cette nouvelle mise à jour c'est le bordel,je suis très mécontente de sonos surtout quand on voit le prix des enceintes.
Je suis vraiment en colère

Sorry if this was not clear. If i am gone, the wife/kids should be able to play the TT or watch TV since my phone is with me. It seems silly to have a dedicated phone/tablet/remote for a basic two way switch. Going from the turntable to TV is locked and set with the tv autoplay. Problem is getting back to the line in for the turntable.
I've got the sonos voice assist set up on the beam but have not been able to locate any voice command that makes the change to the Port/TT (TV would be turned off). Any experience with that? I mostly just argued with the beam for a while about how line in on the port is not a religious radio station.
I cant locate an autoplay on the port/line in the app.
Am I stuck?
Can’t your wife just install the app on her phone?
Yes she can. That doesn't achieve my goal.

This sounds like my end goal here. Im just unable to get autoplay set on the port.
Maybe this is my problem:

Not directly, but what I meant is she could change the TV or TT input manually if required, so things could work in your stead.
