I have Deezer HiFi for a year now..... Recently, songs have started dropping out or skipping two, then the next song plays...... Repeat.

I have two Play 1s.....and a preorder roam.

Both play 1s are hard wired, with static IPs

Internet 150mb

Tried the delinking of Deezer, unplug sonos, restart router. No change.

 

Any other suggestions?  Has anyone downgraded to Premium and solved this?

 

 

 

You’ve done most of the things that would identify potential duplicate IPs, software, or DNS issues already, so I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.


Have you solved this one. Started happening to me a couple months ago. I downgraded to Premium and the issue ceased. I recently upgraded agin to HiFi and found that the issue persists. I may have to call Sonos. I quite like Deezer but this is quite annoying.
