Factory Reset not working

I have 2 Sonos One SL speakers that were on a system at my office and now I have moved them to my house. I have tried the factory reset directions 5 times on this link below on each speaker…

The light just slowly flashes white - never amber - then goes to solid white, then a few fast orange / red flashes then white again.

Have you seen this: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/226?language=en_US

Which button are you pressing?  On the One you must press the ‘Join’ button to factory reset.

I assume that you have an existing system at home to which you are trying to add these?  If these are the first Sonos speakers at home then you don’t have to reset.
