I have only been able to get Dolby atmos when watching Jack Ryan on Amazon prime, everything else is Dolby digital, even with Disney +

Dolby Atmos probably isn’t supported on your Samsung TV’s native Disney+ app. Contact Samsung or Disney to confirm.
Try the Netflix app with a premium subscription. Or get an external media device where Atmos audio is supported on Disney+ like a Roku Ultra.

Prime Video has very limited Atmos content. Jack Ryan, The Tomorrow War, Susperia, and Carnival Row are the only shows/films with Dolby Atmos on Prime Video that I am aware of.
What device are you using to stream Disney+?
Why is it that everyone else seems to get atmos with other shows such as iron man, and other shows on Disney+?
