As a test, skip the SONOS CONNECT and connect the mixer output directly to the receiver.
so decks are still on phono , I tried every input ie network recorder tuner no sound
controller app is showing line in with sound bars , but no sound
just to say line ins on mixer dont say in or out just 1 and 2 i tried both no sound
usual set up works ie decks to phone thanks
As a test, skip the SONOS CONNECT and connect the mixer output directly to the amplifier. Use any amplifier input except Phono.
so at moment output on mixer connected to phono, works with my usual set up ie none sonos speakers
i took it out of phono and put in receiver amp tuner no sound still
yes i tried output mixer to tuner then line not phone on mixer no luck
The bars on sonos app going up and down
Connect the turntables to the Phono inputs on the mixer and set the mixer slide switches to ‘Phono’ and connect the mixer’s output to Tuner on the amplifier. Once we get this working we can involve the SONOS.
Now connect the SONOS CONNECT’s Line-Out to the amplifier’s ‘Network’ input and play SONOS Radio through the amplifier.
sound coming from sonos speakers not amp and other speakers
ps i dont have a radio to amp only sonos radio
What color is your SONOS controller icon? Which device are you using as your SONOS controller?
The choices should be dark gray or gold.
sonos app now says line in disconnected because its in out
This is known as the ‘S1’ controller. Now connect the mixer output to the SONOS CONNECT’s Line-In.
ok set up now out put mixer to line in sonos connect and sonos connect out to tuner … still no sound coming from amp and other speakers
Then i cant use tuner input like you mentioned
no sonos radio going through amp app controller saying no music selected
o boy now sonos controller has sent me to 2 app and i cant find precious line in etc
I have come to the conclusion sonos connect 1 zone player no longer works may be due to updates .

I’d expect more people to be complaining if an update caused an issue with their ‘Connect’. This community would ‘light up’ if that was the case.
If your TT has a pre-amp - perhaps simplify things for now as a test and wire it to the Connect line-in and play the ‘line-in’ source from ‘Your Sources’ in the Sonos App to one of your Sonos speakers (Ray etc.)
Then go onto cable the ‘Connect’ line-out to one of your Amp line-in RCA analog sources (say CD or Tuner) and using the Sonos App, play Sonos Radio to the ‘Connect’ and select the chosen Amp input to see if it plays on your Amp speakers, or maybe listen via Headphones connected to the Amp - (check volume levels on Amp and in the Sonos App too).
Once you know if things are then working correctly, you can go onto add in the Citronic mixer afterwards. Not sure what you might think about the ~75ms audio buffer (delay) that Sonos has in place for line-in and grouped room audio, but that’s perhaps a discussion for another day.
I would try to keep things simple at this stage, at least until you know that things are working and that there isn’t a fault.
