What is the delay, how does it work and how do you adjust it.

Hi @Richacca, Thanks for bringing this up and I know where you're coming from.thanks for bringing this up. First, I want to ask if what speaker are you having issues with? If you are talking about the picture and sound is not sync. You may check this article about Audio and Video are out of sync on some steps to adjust the delay on the TV and your Sonos.
