As title suggests, my beam was not working correctly, flashes amber & white, but still connects to wifi and plays at a lower value (when I increase it auto corrects down to set volume). I noticed my HDMI port is very damaged and bent and want to try to replace/repair. Is there any way to find the HDMI port replacement part? I

SONOS does not sell replacement parts.

I think that you have two issues. The HDMI port may be damaged, but I don’t think that is related to the Volume spontaneously lowering. For any SONOS unit, if the operator raises the Volume beyond the safe operating limit, the unit will protect itself by lowering the Volume or shutting down.

While hardware fault is always a possibility, I suspect that you are setting the Volume higher than the safe limit.
