I am getting cut outs and then a new song every few minutes, can someone help troubleshoot that for me? Diagnostics being submitted now

Can you provide more details? What is your music source? What Sonos speakers are you using?


Sorry about the short details. Source is Spotify, today I am using the ‘office’ speakers (2 Play:1), other times it will be when using the living room + family room + kitchen in a group.
