Connection issues from iPhone

I'm having a problem connecting to my Sonos, through my iPhone. I've reset the wifi, reset the phone etc... and nothing.It started Monday night around 11 EST. still not connecting this am. Anyone else having a problem

I waited and the problem resolved in half a day. The same thing this time.. It was back in the early afternoon. I was out from 9-1. When I got home the system was working. It’s very annoying that this happens so frequently. All other devices connected to my wifi were in working order throughout the Sonos down time. 

Most likely it is a problem within your network.

 

Refresh your system in this order: 

1: Power off Sonos devices

2: Reboot router

3: Wait until router is back in service before you power up Sonos

4: Force close the app and restart IPhone

I’d recommend that you reserve fixed IP- addresses in your routers DHCP table for the Sonos devices. That may prevent this problem in the future
