Hi

connecting Sonos Boost to BT router stops Sonos S2 App connecting to existing systems and all connectivity between App and systems lost. VERY frustrating as I thought I bought Sonos Boost to replace Sonos Bridge as that was incompatible with Sonos 2 app that I had to upgrade to as I purchased a Sonos ARC.

You have set up the Boost as a separate system instead of adding to existing system.
