I have a System Nuvo Player from Legrand that was discontinued in 2021 and now the speakers started to fail, the amplifier is a NV-P3500, can i buy sonos speakers and connect to it ? or will they get damaged ?

Since you are not using a Sonos Amp there is no particular reason to use the Sonance outdoor speakers modified to support it.
They will work just fine with your other amplifier.
