Hi,

Maybe two or three times a week, I hear a clicking / popping sound from the speakers connected to of my Sonos Connects.  It happens even when there is no music playing, and seems to happen at random intervals.

Is there a way to access the logs from the Connect in question?  It’d be very helpful to determine if the Sonos Connect is rebooting or doing something else unusual at these moments so I can rule out problems with the downstream amp.

Thanks for any help!

The only people who can look at the diagnostic logs are Sonos employees, unfortunately. My bet would be submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

The phone lines may have a greater wait time than normal, right now.
