Checking if serial is legit on my amp

Hi,

I stupidly purchased an amp off Ebay. Brand new apparently. Have purchased many Sonos products in the past but this was my first Ebay purchase.

The amp isn’t working and I was wondering you are able to tell me if the serial number is legit before i take further action.
