cant change account

Hi, 

I am on my iPhone trying to log out of the account linked to my Sonos system to log into another account in the same phone but it will not forget the old account and/or let me sign into a new one. The email address is pre saved when I go to the log on screen and can’t be deleted. I have followed all the steps of logging out, changing system ownership and changed my new account password 3 times so I am 100 percent sure the details are correct. Can anyone help please??!

Try resetting the app under App Preferences.
