I cannot turn on my Sonos Move device. It seems to be charging (the light turns on when put in charger. It is fully charged). But it doesn't turn on and can't get connected!? Any advices?

Have you set up the Move in the Sonos app? Do you see the Move listed in the app?
Try rebooting the Move by following these steps:
- Take Move off of the charging base.
- Hold the power button for at least 5 seconds, or until the status light turns off.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Press the power button or place Move back onto its charging base.
Thank u so much. It helped holding the power button for 5 sec. (No status light though). Then I could just turn on the device as usual.
