Neither device will connect. Sonos cloud issues?

No, Sonos has no ‘service centers’ per se. If you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. There may be other options, should there be a hardware failure.

If your Playstation has a network issue, seems unlikely that is a Sonos problem.

Thanks. I have no connectivity issues with several other wifi enabled home monitoring systems. My playbar power light will not stay on. Goes black. Playstation is on but not connecting. Will Sonos service their devices in Santa Barbara?
