Sonos One cut out half way through playing. I have tried everything trying to connect it. Rebooted, factory reset, wireless, wired and it still won't connect. I have rung up and they told me to get an ethernet cable, which I did and still didn't work.

 

do I send it back? the people on the phone seem to be reading off instructions and do not tell me anything more than is online.

Unless you purchased it from someone other than Sonos, sending it back likely requires some sort of  RMA, so talking to those reps is likely your only path.
