I’ve tried everything to connect. No success. Had system for years, never an issue.

Sorry, but too little information to work on! What equipment do you have, and what are you trying to connect to what? It would be easy to guess, but there are enough combinations that the guess would probably be wrong...

iOS/Android/PC/Mac?

Given the lack of info, I’ll take a wild guess and say this is iOS 14 and you need to enable the Local Network entitlement for the Sonos app.
