Added boost and tv goes to white screen. Cable tv works fine if I power off the Boost. Turn tv on plug in Boost and white screen comes within minutes. Obviously Boost is impacting cable tv signal but how do I fix it? No problem with previous sonos product.

That's is very strange that the Sonos boost is affecting the signal of your TV.

How far is the boost from the tv and the cable box to the boost?

What's the model of your TV and cable provider?

Does your boost is connected directly to your router only?

Can you try to move the boost as far as you can to your tv or cable box?

Your advice to put distance between the the Boost and our cable box appears to have corrected our problem!
