My Playbar seems to have blown a speaker as I hear a muffled sound for the bass. It used to be much more crisp and powerful. I saw another post that asked to send in diagnostic info to determine what is wrong. What can be done about this and/or can the damaged part be replaced?

The first step is to perhaps establish if there is a hardware fault. Presumably a Sonos System Diagnostic report may show that.. so follow this LINK to submit your report and make a note of its reference.
Once you have done that I would then contact/chat to Sonos Support staff via the link below and see what they say…
