My Beam works great, HDMI to TV, except it drops out for 1-2 minutes every day at 7:59 PM CDT and TV speaker takes over, then the Beam comes back on. I’ve got Sonia set to update overnight, so it’s not that. Thoughts?

As soon as the sound switches back to the Beam submit a diagnostic and contact Sonos with the number it provides to have them look at what is happening.
