I have a Connect Amp connected to my setup through WiFi. I have a problem playing BBC through this device, it keeps cutting out. I use BBC Sounds, and this is the only radio I have problems with, everything else plays properly. Because of this it can’t be the device or set-up, so what is the problem?

It might be the connection between your router and the BBC Sounds server, or it may be the BBC Sounds stream is a larger stream than what others you listen to, and is bumping up against wifi interference . 

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
