As has been posted in many other threads, right now there is an issue with trying to add an Apple account to Sonos using the Android controller, and Sonos has indicated they’re working on it.
Until such time as they resolve the issue, which we all hope is sooner than later, you could borrow a friend’s iOS device, and use it to add the Apple account, which you could then access normally from your Android device. I believe you can also use a desktop controller to add a service, but I haven’t looked at that process in so long I’m not sure whether it has been deprecated or not.
