Apple Music access denied

Access denied on Apple Music .  Was chatting with support and they could NOT figure it out so the rep just disconnected the chat.  Frustrating when you spend the money and get little support

Hi @Doug Allen, Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear about this issue on your Apple Music. Have you tried on another controller if the issue persists?  I’ll ask you to submit a diagnostic report to investigate further what could be causing this issue. You may reply to the thread with the confirmation number to assist you with this issue.
