Gentlemen, 

Swallow your pride and restore the original version which worked well, before you ruin the reputation of the company you work for. 
Work again on the update and offer it to your customers when it has been fully tested, or resign!  
Simples. 
Time to admit failure and leave it to others more competent. 

It has already been stated by Sonos that they did consider this but it was no longer possible. 
 

On a positive note the App is getting better. I note find it stable but still a lot of features missing. 


I don’t believe them that it isnt possible, just more gaslighting from them. Remember, they said the new app had all the features of the old one back in April. They’ve done nothing to earn my trust back since then.
