Looking for advice , Have many Sonos Products and love them , Wanting to purchase two Amps and run one for each passive speaker , Will the Amp run a Bi Amp mode ?

Bi-amp speakers require some sort of crossover to work properly. Sonos Amps do not have a crossover for the speaker outputs.
They are RP-250F Piano Black , the smallest towers . I'm sure the Amp will power them fine , but you can Bi wire them , was just wonder if i could do an Amp for each speaker ?

No, that is not possible. The Amp is either stereo or mono, neither of which would give you separate L/R from each Amp. Also, as stated bi-amping is used to separate low from high frequencies and use a separate amplifier for each. The Amp is full frequency and has no ability to set a crossover for each channel.
I see no problem using the Sonos Amp, just change the speaker’s jumpers to use the internal crossover instead of an external one.
From the manual:
Reference Premiere models RP-280F, RP-260F, RP-250F and RP-160M are equipped with dual binding posts. If single wire connection is used, the terminal connecting bar should remain in place. If Bi-wire or Bi-amp connection is used, the terminal connecting bar must be removed. Please see your receiver’s manual for further instructions.

Yes the Amp would be a perfect match for the RP-250F.
The Amp doesn't support true bi-amping (separate high/low frequency amplification) as it's designed for driving standard passive speakers. However, you can use one Amp per speaker and connect them to separate input channels if you're aiming for more power or specific sound tuning. Just make sure the speakers are compatible with the Amp's power output for optimal performance!
I suggest using a SONOS PORT to drive a crossover followed by 3rd party amplifiers.
Attempting to lash up multiple AMP’s will result in some imaging issues that will vary over time.
I do near enough what buzz suggests above when bi-amping my Kudos Titans. One Port, feeding digital out to a DAC (Mytek), then to two stereo power amps chained in series. One power amp supplies both left and right high frequency, the other the same but low frequency. You don’t need to worry about crossovers within the amps - the crossover in the Klipsch will still function to separate out the frequency components that aren’t needed.
The DAC in my setup isn’t strictly needed - it just (in theory) gives slightly better sound quality than the DAC that’s built into the Port.
The problem with trying to use two Amps is that you will almost certainly get small timing errors between the output of each of the Amps. Sonos has designed the system to be accurate enough for speakers that are a distance apart or in separate rooms, but the differences are likely to cause odd-sounding effects when present within a single speaker.
you can use one Amp for each speaker and connect them, but they will still operate as a single-channel amp for each speaker. If you're looking for a true bi-amping setup, you may need to explore other amplifiers designed for that purpose.
