Amp gen 2 Ethernet and wifi?

Sonos Amp Gen 2.

I have had both ethernet access and wifi access for years. I have a NAS device on which I store my music library and run the Plex music service. I can no longer connect using my iPhone. When I disconnect the ethernet cable I can then connect via my iPhone.
