I have (3) Sonos Connect 1st Gen Wireless amps. (2) of them are side by side right next to my router. 1 of the 2 is constantly cutting in and out and it is the only one that does this. The other 2 performs perfectly. (Also, one of those amps are connected directly to my router.) I know it’s not the streaming service that I use because it cuts out not matter what streaming service I use. It could be interference, but there isn’t anything else around my router or the amps that it could be interfering with. Please help

Have you checked to make sure the amp is not overheating? If it is, it could be protecting itself.

Have you tried connecting the problem amp to your router to see if the problem persists? Just swap the cables connected to the other amp to test.

In addition to the great advice from @Pools-3015 , if they’re wired, and not feeding other speakers on SonosNet, you may want to play with turning off the WiFi on them. Given that they’re both next to each other, and next to the router, they could be experiencing electrical disturbance, which can also manifest as wifi interference .

Although I do consider @Pools-3015 answer more likely.

I’ve found Sonos to be a poor neighbor to other WiFi or RF emitting devices.

Keeping about 3 feet of distance has been enough to make the ones I have here happy. That includes between Sonos devices too, not just other gear.
