Amp and Playbar won't synch

Both my amp (for built in speakers) and my playbar can be played individually from the s2 app. However they cannot be grouped together. I ran diagnostics and the associated number is 2060087850.

Try unplugging the Playbar and Amp from power for a minute or two and reboot your router.
