Guys sonos has some great products they are not user friendly. I've had 2 of these and I'm 0-2 i will report back favorably if this issue is resolved but I'm not holding my breath. Standby for a reddit link if we all keep experiencing this level of service 

What issue? I understand the code is printed on the underside of the device?


The problem has been resolved the code was under the device. I had a helping hand unmounting it and resetting the device. I wish that amp had Bluetooth capabilities to minimize how fickle it is with the wifi.
