I set up an alarm to play music from Spotify, but randomly some times, it plays a chime instead of music. I submitted a diagnostic, is that’s helpful.  340867373

Thank you for submitting diagnostics. I had a look and found out that there are some connection issues on your system with Spotify at the time of the alarm triggering.

Whenever the Sonos app is not able to connect to the music service set for the alarm, it will play the default chime.

I would suggest rebooting your Sonos system and router to refresh the connection (unplug cable from power socket → wait 10 seconds → plug it back in). 

This could also be caused by wireless interference. You might want to check the following page on how to reduce wireless interference. Let us know if that helped.
