I have a Sonos Connect, Play3, Move and two Play 1’s
All works perfectly well until we have the occasional Power Cut. Once this happens all the products power up and reconnect to WiFi Network except for the older Play1’s
When happened previously Sonos support have assisted but never solved. I’ve sent diagnostic reports in and they can find nothing wrong with Network setup
Tried all the usual Add Product and Find Missing Product methods
With the other Sonos products all reconnecting fine I assume my Network setup is fine and it’s an issue with Play1’s
Is this a common problem ?
Assumption is Sonos will do little to fix as clearly want people to upgrade even though a loyal and long term user
