Hi I need some help. I have just set up my Sonos Ray sound bar with my Samsung QE65S95B (2022) Smart TV. I followed the instructions with the app and set up the TV remote as well.

The problem I am having is that i can only increase the volume via TV remote but not reduce the volume. Has anyone got any suggestions? 
 

At the moment I can only reduce the volume via the Sonos App or by tapping the bar. Please help

Run the TV remote setup again. Let us know what happens.

I was worried there was something wrong with the soundbar or that it was not compatible with the TV. Phew! 😅
