Hi @Heathys, welcome to the Sonos Community!
Sorry to hear that you’re having issues setting up your new Sonos speakers.
If you haven’t set any speakers up recently, you’ll want to check your app permissions to make sure they’re correct. I’ve seen settings change with operating system updates so yours may have been changed or disabled.
Once the app permissions look in order, I’d instead recommend rebooting your router, Sonos speakers, and device with the Sonos app installed by powering them off for one to two minutes in that order. This can help clear up any connection issues between the devices. You could also try using another device with the Sonos app to add your speakers.
I’d also suggest connecting the speaker you’re trying to set up to your router via Ethernet cable. This would only be temporary and you can disconnect and move it to the correct place once setup is finished.
If the steps above don’t help and you’re still not able to finish setup and see your devices in the Sonos app, you’ll want to contact our support team, as they have the necessary tools available to help you troubleshoot and resolve this issue.
I hope this helps!
