New app - less upgrade; more retrograde - it's rubbish!

The new Sonos App is absolute rubbish. I have never felt compelled to give “feedback” but it is so poor as to be utterly useless. There are large delays in doing things. It often won’t let me access anything. Repeatedly, I have given up and sought an alternative. In terms of usability it is a complete waste of time - my time!!!!!! I have almost stopped using it altogether and now listen to my choices using a bluetooth boombox - it may not provide good sound but it’s a darn site more reliable! If Sonos don’t get this sorted imminently then I will take a lump hammer to my speakers and get something that actually works! Have you forgotten who your customers actually are!!!!!!!!!!! Smart speakers are no use with a dumb app!!!
