I cannot play Apple music on the Sonos App form iphone 11

I cannot play anything from Apple music. If I select one of my playlists all the music is there I can play any song but the songs keep shuffling to other songs in the playlist after 10 seconds of nothing and nothing ever plays.

I can play Amazon music no problem, I can play Sonos radio no problem

I have removed and re-installed Apple music, I have changed it from my primary streaming app to secondary. I’m at a loss and trying to get Sonos support… Good luck. The Sonos Support chat function keeps telling me all Support for Chat is too busy so it links you to call Support. Sure… Told that there is a 75 minute wait time. A call back feature would be nice.
