New to the community.   I won't spend my time endlessly reading through these blogs as my issues are current and hoping that someone/anyone can assist with my frustration with the S2 App.   I have an android.....Samsung S21.   I have Sonos equipment in every area of my house.   I constantly cannot "connect" to the system.  Even if connected, I many times cannot "pause" or "change volume".   Absolutely frustrated trying to make it work and it is a big waste of time.   I have uninstalled, reinstalled, sent diagnostics and had multiple calls with Sonos Support and all I get is "improvements have been made", but they don't help in my case.  I also have a separate structure on my property with older Sonos equipment running on S1 app and it NEVER fails to respond.   Considering downgrading to S1 for the house, but I have a Sonos Roam which cannot run on S1.  Who can help?

Do you have everything on the latest version?

Setting static/reserved IP addresses helped my stability, look at your router’s DHCP settings page to do that.

If none of that helps, how is your Sonos gear connected, what WiFi Router and such?
