Changed Wi-Fi provider and router, trouble connecting

Changed Internet provider to fibre optic and now having alot of trouble with sonos. Router is giving out 6ghz, or atleast 5.2 ghz, so after some research it looks like my sonos play 5 is not going to be able to connect via WiFi as it only connects to 2.4 ghz (if I've done my research properly). Is there a way to change my router to 2.4ghz so I can use my sonos again? I'm using an ethernet cable but obviously not ideal unplugging from the PC.
