I have a Beam Gen 2. When I turn on the TV, there is no sound for about 3 minutes, then it's fine. Is this normal?

Wow... So many helpful, pleasant people in here..... It's a Sonos Beam Gen 2, as stated..!! It's connected to an LG Oled TV with an HDMI cable. I'll sort it myself, I don't need sarcasm from people...!!!!

Asking for more information, or answering the only question asked in your post is not sarcasm. Nor is explaining why more information is needed.
As to your problem, I would recreate the problem and submit a diagnostic. Then contact Sonos support with the reference number. They have tools to reveal exactly why the audio isn’t coming on for a minute or two.
