Alexa connectivity

I have been using Amazon Alexa for years to play Amazon on my Sonos. Occasionally it will play only one song and then stop. I followed advice to disconnect WiFi and then reconnect all devices. I have deleted Alexa and re-added multiple times. These things worked in the past but no luck this time around. I checked with my internet provider. I have a strong signal. Alexa responds on my Sonos one but I can’t get it to play more than one track. Please advise
