I ask Alexa to play music or play the news and she says here’s the … and then nothing plays. Silence

Since only Sonos employees can see the data in your diagnostic, you probably should call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
