I am in my husband's Amazon Prime 'household' (effectively the account members) and I can see and access both Amazon music and Prime music from the Sonos controller app. However Alexa will not give me access to either Amazon music or prime yet both are streaming sources.
What am I doing wrong?

Have you activated Amazon music in the Alexa app as well as the Sonos app?
I don't appear to be able to get Alexa t log onto Prime as we do not have an amazon unlimited account.
