Requesting a tuning station by saying "Alexa play Newstalk fromTunein" has stopped working on Sonos but still working on all Echoes connected to same network.
Router reboot done and sonos powered off and back on.
Is the Sonos using its Tunein setup or the Alexa one in this scenario?
Any other checks I should do?
I've now realised that I'm also unable to play Spotify on my Sonos Ones (in stereo pair) either and if I start Spotify using the sonos app and then ask what's playing via Alexa. it says nothing is playing
It still works for commands to control lights etc. Just not sound services.
I've tried removing the Alexa assistant from the sonos and from the alexa app and reinstalling it.
I also deleted my Spotify account from the sonos app and reinstalled it.
It didn't fix the problem
