I reseted my Sonos move and trying to connect with Alexa but when I ask to play music it's says the request but doesn't play music for radio station for me or Spotify it says it's going to play then the plays no music. I'm also trying to connect it with the alexa app which I can't find us I'm not sure why it's not playing music. I can ask Alexa questions but it's just a music which is not playing

Please try disabling and re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app: Alexa app » More » Skills & Games » Your Skills » Sonos » Disable Skill then Enable to Use.

Please don’t reset your Sonos products unless selling them or if instructed to do so - it rarely helps, and can cause more problems, or at least result in more work than needed.
