I have a stereo pair of Sonos Moves (2 devices) and a stereo pair of Sonos One’s (2 devices) in the same room.
It used to be that all 4 speakers lower the music they are playing when I say “Alexa” until after it finishes responding, and for some reason now the two Moves do not lower their music volume which makes it
- Hard for Alexa to hear me
- Nearly impossible for me to hear Alexa’s response.
FYI: Sonos One’s always have microphones on, and I always leave my Sonos Move microphones off.
Called support and they couldn’t figure it out and then dropped the call.
