If you mean output synchronised Audio across Sonos and Echo devices, then no this is not possible. If you mean control Sonos via multiple Echo Dot's then yes, this is a standard set-up - Just follow the steps in this article:

No, I am asking will there be conflicts of any type with now music use. I have zones set up for music and some are powered by my receiver which i am sure Sonos One or Echo Dot with tune on. More questioning all the other stuff that Alexa does.
I do have a Harmony set which they may work.

There shouldn't be any conflict, I have multiple Sonos players and multiple Echo Dots and all working great.
Question: I would put a Sonos One in my living room, which is close to my bedroom and the Amazon Echo in it. Is there a way to make sure that when I say the wake word only one of the two (the closest) will answer me? Thanks!
They will decide which heard you the best and the one that heard you best will respond.
UKMedia, can you please update that link to setting up an echo Dot while having a Sonos One
What are you trying to do with the dot and Sonos. Just voice commands?
I figured it out. Thank you.
Good to hear but for anyone else, here is the link:
