Hopefully you will be able to help. I bought the Sonos One and went through the set up all great. One week later Alexa responds to commands and will play music on other speakers but if you ask her to play music on the Sonos One it says playing music but nothing happens. Alarms etc work but not music. Can start music manually with the app and tried deleting and restarting. The Sonos One replaced my play 1 which has moved location and been renamed.
Any advice much appreciated.

Try removing and then Enabling the Sonos skill within the Alexa app.
